If you want to experience true adrenaline, then you must take a ride on the world's highest bobsleigh track. It opened in the summer of 2007 and is the new attraction at Glacier 3000. You can cruise along at approx. 40 km/hour and with the brakes you determine how fast you want to go. The 1 km track offers lots of variety:
the ultimate highlight is the 520-degree loop followed by 10 curves,
6 waves,
3 jumps
and 2 bridges.
The track lies up to 6 m above the ground and gives guests the ultimate driving experience. The 2-minute downhill ride allows you to quietly race down the mountain. There are 30 sleds available.
A ride costs CHF 6.00 for adults and children 9 years old and over. Children 8 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult. Both single and multiple ride tickets are available. If you purchase 4 rides, the 5th one is free.
