After Glacier 3000 was taken over in 2005 by the real estate professional Marcel Bach from Gstaad, the Formula 1 Manager Bernie Ecclesone and the agricultural businessman Jean-Claude Mimran, one of the goals was to restructure and provide a new direction for the company.
Gstaad 3000 AG is organized along the following business areas:
Operations
Slope and Rescue Services
Technical Services
Restaurant Botta
Marketing & Sales
Administration
The managers of each of these areas together with the CEO Bernhard Tschannen make up the Board of Directors. Marcel Bach, as President of the Board of Directors, represents the other two investors.
